Opened on the site of a decommissioned Sinwol water purification plant, this eco-park is one of the most architecturally interesting green spaces in all of Seoul — industrial structures repurposed into art installations, water channels, and observation decks surrounded by restored wetland and forest. It draws a fraction of the visitors that Hangang parks do, yet the industrial-heritage-meets-nature aesthetic rewards photographers enormously.
