The northern section of the Anyangcheon ecological corridor through Yangcheon-gu, where the stream banks have been replanted with native wildflower meadows as part of Seoul's urban ecology programme. In late spring the path is flanked by cosmos, wild mustard, and poppy; in autumn by silver eulalia grass. The cycling path runs the full 30km length of the stream from Gwanak-gu to the Han River confluence; this Yangcheon section is the most scenic and least trafficked. Kingfishers hunt from the bankside willows. The path connects to the Anyangcheon cherry blossom walk downstream.
