My Pace Hangang Triathlon Festival 2026 — Swim, Bike & Run by the Han River
This weekend, the Han River transforms into one of Seoul’s biggest outdoor sports stages. The 3rd My Pace Hangang Triathlon Festival (쉬엄쉬엄 한강 3종 축제) runs June 5–7, 2026, across Ttukseom and Jamsil Han River Parks — and it’s designed for everyone, from first-timers to seasoned athletes.
What Is It?
Unlike a traditional triathlon, this festival focuses on participation over competition. Participants choose their own course — beginner, intermediate, or advanced — combining swimming, cycling, and running at a self-set pace. Entry fee is ₩30,000 for all courses.
Schedule Highlights
- June 5 (Fri): Opening ceremony + drone light show + Seoul Philharmonic riverside concert + foreign swimmers’ race at Jamsil Weir
- June 6 (Sat): Children’s triathlon “Iron Rookie” at Ttukseom Han River Park swimming area
- June 7 (Sun): Disabled swimmers’ competition + closing events
Special Features for Foreigners
A dedicated foreigners’ swimming race is held on June 5 at Jamsil Weir — a rare chance to compete alongside locals in the Han River. The course is open water swimming with full support staff on site.
Getting There
- Ttukseom Han River Park: Exit 2, Ttukseom Resort Station (Line 7)
- Jamsil Han River Park: Exit 3, Jamsil Station (Line 2 / 8)
Even if you’re just spectating, the opening-night drone show and riverside concert are worth the trip. Free entry for spectators.
