Busan Jung-gu Bosu-dong Book Alley

📍 Jung-gu, Busan

A narrow lane in central Busan that has sold secondhand books since the Korean War era when refugees traded books for food. Today about 50 shops remain, stacked floor-to-ceiling with Korean novels, vintage magazines, and foreign paperbacks. The alley feels frozen in the 1970s. Look for rare first editions of Korean modern literature tucked among the dust-covered shelves.
