Hongje Stream Greenway
A restored urban stream running south from Seodaemun-gu toward the Han River, with a continuous pedestrian and cycling path along both banks. Less celebrated than Cheonggyecheon but considerably quieter and more natural in character — the embankments have been planted rather than lined with stone, and the stream supports visible aquatic life. The section between Bulgwang and Yeonsinnae passes through quiet residential streets almost entirely devoid of tourists. Spring cherry blossoms and autumn foliage make the 4km walkable stretch seasonally rewarding. Connects at the southern end to the Anyangcheon ecological corridor.
