A dual-season riverside park along the Jungnangcheon in Jungnang-gu: rose gardens bloom from late May through June, and the same banks are covered in eulalia grass (억새) in October, turning silver-gold in the autumn light. Both seasons draw local visitors from across eastern Seoul but remain entirely off the tourist circuit. The rose garden has over 20,000 plants across 200 varieties; the autumn eulalia meadow extends for nearly 2km along the riverbank and sways visibly in the wind. The walking path is flat and wide, suitable for all ages. The adjacent Jungnangcheon Cherry Blossom Promenade connects downstream for a spring extension.
