Hongcheon Palgongsan Healing Forest Phytoncide Walk

A mountain forest valley in central Gangwon designated as a national healing forest for its exceptional air quality from dense cypress and fir stands. The phytoncide concentration in the air is measured as among the highest in Korea. The forest therapy programs include barefoot walking paths, forest bathing areas, and meditation platforms. The nearby Sheep Farm is popular with families for a different contrast.
