SM Entertainment's flagship multi-level K-pop complex attached to the COEX mall in Gangnam. Four floors of K-pop retail, interactive exhibitions, a recording studio visible through glass, and a concert-sized performance hall in the basement. The permanent exhibition traces the history of SM artists — EXO, aespa, NCT, SHINee — with costumes, music video props, and memorabilia. The SM Store on the ground floor carries the most comprehensive official merchandise selection of any SM outlet. SM Global Package tours depart from here. Popular with international K-pop fans; weekends are significantly more crowded. Connected to Bongeunsa station by underground passage.
