Uiwang Uiryongsan Trail and Reservoir (의왕 의룡산 저수지 트레일)
The Wangsonge-go Reservoir in Uiwang in the southern Gyeonggi belt provides a lake circuit walk that combines the reservoir environment with the Uiryongsan forested ridge above — a day hike circuit accessible from the Uiwang Metro station in under 30 minutes from Seoul. The trail is used primarily by the Uiwang and Suwon residential population and has received little promotion outside the local area despite its quality. The reservoir is surrounded by mature woodland and the ridge above gives views south toward Suwon and west toward the Ansan industrial coast. The combination of the flat lake walk and the optional ridge climb gives the circuit flexibility for different energy levels.
